With more than 30 years of experience working in the art world, I am now offering hourly meetings that will cover a wide variety of career issues such as:

Having started Artist Career Training in the late 90’s, I taught online business of art classes and traveled around the country teaching workshops to artists and arts organizations. Some of the workshops I taught included Goal Setting for a Successful Art Career, Writing An Artist’s Statement, Marketing and Publicity, Pricing Your Art and Building Your Own Web Site. As a coach working with artists I was able to help them define, outline, and implement clear, practical strategies to advance their art careers.

My long career includes being a gallery dealer, art consultant, curator, juror, arts writer and director of several artist’s estates. For several years I had a monthly column on the business of art in The Pastel Journal.

After being a practicing artist for the last fifteen years, exhibiting my work both at national and international art fairs and showing in a variety of galleries, museums and alternative spaces, I now bring a unique perspective from having worked in all sides of the art world.
